RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY
Within thirty days, you have the right to cancel the agreement without incurring any fees and without providing a reason. The 30-day cooling-off period ends on the day that you or a third party you designate, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product(s). To exercise your right to withdraw, kindly let us know in a clear explanation (such as a written letter sent by mail or email) why you’ve decided to do so. You are not required to use the sample withdrawal form that is attached, although you are free to do so.
You must notify us in writing of your decision to cancel your order before the 30-day window of time has passed in order to comply with its requirements. Additionally, you are free to return the goods without giving a reason within 30 days of delivery. You must, however, enclose a physical notice expressing your desire to cancel with your return.
In the event that a refund is requested, we’ll make sure it’s processed within 5 business days. After the refund has been processed, bank refunds typically take one to two business days to process. Depending on the payment and billing cycle of your credit card, it may take 2 to 30 days for the money to be returned to your credit card.
IMPLICATIONS OF A WITHDRAWAL
If you choose to cancel the agreement, all payments made thus far, including shipping costs (excluding any additional fees incurred because you selected a different shipping method than the one we used), will be reimbursed to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days following the day we receive notice of your cancellation. Delivery fees won’t be reimbursed in the event of a partial return.
Unless otherwise specified, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that was used to make the initial purchase. In any case, you won’t be charged anything in connection with the reimbursement. Depending on which comes first, we have the right to withhold payment until either we get the product(s) back at our warehouse or you show proof that you have sent the product(s) back to us. Within 14 days of the day on which you gave us notice of your intent to cancel, you must send the product(s) back to us without delay.
